FACILITY & PLAY RULES

Facility Policies

Good games start with clear rules. Here's how booking, check-in, Open Play, and court use work at The Tent Sports Hub.

Provisional content: No unapproved numeric deadlines, penalties or limits have been invented here. Final operating rules should be inserted after management confirms them.

1. Court Booking

Direct court reservations are for social play. Players choose an eligible schedule and the system assigns an appropriate available court based on facility rules and court availability.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only after all required steps have been completed, including payment verification where applicable. Temporary holds and pending requests may expire according to the facility's approved configuration.

3. Check-In and Late Arrival

Players should complete check-in according to the current facility procedure. Late arrival does not automatically extend the reserved end time. Applicable grace periods and no-show rules will be published once approved by management.

4. Cancellation and Rebooking

Cancellation, rebooking, account-credit and refund rules are subject to The Tent Sports Hub's current approved policy. Applicable deadlines, limits and exceptions will be displayed when finalized.

5. Open Play

Open Play may support Social or eligible Ranked play, Singles or Doubles, and different group sizes. Online registration priority becomes active only after the required on-site check-in. Priority does not guarantee an exact court or start time.

6. Court Calls and Queue Conduct

Players should respond promptly when called for a court. Missed or declined calls may affect queue position according to the current requeue rules. Staff may rebalance groups when necessary for eligibility, safety, capacity or facility operations.

7. Court Use and Safety

Players must follow posted facility rules, staff instructions and reasonable safety requirements. Courts may be unavailable because of maintenance, events, basketball configuration, closures or other operational requirements.

8. Conduct

Respectful conduct is expected toward players, guests and staff. Abusive, unsafe, fraudulent or disruptive behavior may result in removal from play or restriction of account privileges.

9. Policy Updates

Operational policies may be revised as facility requirements change. The current approved version should be published on this page and, where appropriate, reflected in booking or check-in workflows.
