1. Account Registration
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting their account credentials and keeping their contact details current. Accounts may be restricted when information is false, misleading, duplicated or used in a way that interferes with facility operations.
2. Bookings and Availability
Court reservations remain subject to availability, operating schedules, facility closures and confirmation requirements. The system may assign an eligible court based on availability and operational rules. A displayed schedule or temporary hold does not constitute a confirmed reservation until the applicable confirmation requirements have been completed.
3. Payments
Where payment is required, users must follow the payment instructions presented during booking. Uploaded payment proof may be reviewed by authorized staff before a reservation is confirmed. Invalid, duplicate or unverifiable payment proof may result in rejection or cancellation of the pending request.
4. Cancellations, Rebooking and No-Shows
Cancellation, rebooking, late-arrival and no-show rules are governed by The Tent Sports Hub's current facility policies. The applicable rules may vary depending on the booking, program or event and will be communicated through the service or facility policy notices.
5. Open Play and Facility Participation
Participation in Open Play and other facility activities is subject to player eligibility, check-in requirements, capacity, court availability, safety considerations and staff instructions. Queue priority does not guarantee an exact court or playing time.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with another user's account, submit fraudulent information or use the service in a way that disrupts facility operations or the experience of other players.
7. Account Restriction or Suspension
The Tent Sports Hub may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, repeated policy violations, security concerns, unpaid obligations or conduct that affects the safety or operation of the facility.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated when services, policies or legal requirements change. The current approved version should always be made available through this page.
